Dtdc Courier — COMPLAINT HAS NOT BEEN HEARD AND MISBEHAVIOR BY CONSUMER CARE EXECUTIVE

today i.e 29 may 2015 at around 11:30 am i called up DTDC Regional Office, Naraina, to know my complaint status of complaint no. 309462 which i raised on 7th of may 2015. i was not really updated about my complaint and also it was closed as null even after repeated calls and e mails to them. today when i called then first a lady consumer care executive talked with me. i told her to kindly transfer my call to the supervisor then she handed over the call to Mr. Nitya Jena after 2 or 3 mintues. He was too rude when i was telling him my problem. first he said i know nothing about this issue so i cannot help. Then his voice raised and he started shouting when i asked him that why hasn't DTDC replied to the mails or followed up my complaint and also that even when they have been notified by the complaint that i made on this forum on 17th may 2015, why hasn't DTDC contacted me. he said he you needed to have it insured we have no such policy even when the package is damaged 100%. i told him that at the time of booking we specifically mentioned the product to be a fragile one on which the booking people said needs a secure packaging and charged extra for that. Upon this the Mr. Nitya Jena kept on saying we have no such policy. i want to know if at all the insurance was needed then why we were asked to do secure pakaging and it was the duty of the booking person to tell that insurance is to be needed in case of damage as we have no liability for the goods are damaged ( on the basis of what Mr. Nitya Jena informed me about their policy). i repeated asked Mr. Nitya Jena whether he knows what he is saying on which he got furious and kept on blaming me that i am not listening and i should call again sometime else. he said "hum yahaan kuch nai karenge. aap consumer forum mein hi jao.. consumer court mein jao". by this i got disheartened and asked him his designation and employee id. he said he was also an executive and he cant give employee id. if they aren't supposed to share employee id then how else to regularize the issues of these nature. i didn't pressurize for employee id and i asked him i wanted my call to be transferred to the supervisor or manager why you are talking. He said i wont transfer the call. we don't have a supervisor and manager is on leave (Manager- Mr. Yogesh Dogra, as i told by him). He also refused to take up my complaint and when i asked him manager's office number his reply was " mere paas nai hai... consumer court mein hi jaana hai toh number leke kya karogi".. he also said even if i will give you the number then manager wont pick it up. please do something its not right to treat consumers like that. Even after putting my grievances here they are not bothered then the only option for me is going for legal help. i want an apology from the respective people and also the damages that i have suffered. but here i want to raise a point that should they be allowed to have a "i don't care" attitude towards customers.

I Want first to know where the damage occur and who will take the responsibility it is. I am not here to defame anyone and my intention is not to harm. If at all I am provided with the explanation of the delay in listening to my complaint and the resolution to the issue. I would really appreciated it.
