Dtdc Courier — Consignment missing

My consignment was couriered from Sriperumputhur, Chennai to Bangalore on 11th of May, 2015, which was undelivered at the destination. According online status, it is returned to origin due to door closed on 16th of May, 2015. But according to your R.O, Chennai, they have not yet recieved the consignment, even after 31 days. I am afraid that my consignment is missing and is untraceable now. This is to let you know that it contains very important documents in originals.
