Dtdc Courier — Damaged CPU

I had sent a consignment to Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Add: Valuebound Inc., No. 11, 2nd Floor, Near Sangeetha Mobile Store, 80 Ft Road, 1st Block Koramangala, Bangalore - 560 034, Consignment No. – D23511804 on dated : 04th August, 2015 from DTDC courier company. There were two boxes, in which one was CPU and in another there was a monitor. I had also done the insurance of all that articles by paying the amount of insurance. But when Mr. Neeraj got the consignment, the CPU was damaged very badly. I had locked a complain through the branch but my claim was rejected by saying that "You had not submitted the proper document at the time of claiming". Even I had provided all the claim related paper whatever they had demanded. Now they told me to again lock a complain by providing all the documents but after that day whenever I tried to call him (Mr. Negi), he did not receive my call.
