Hi, I just want to know about my consignment which was sent on 4-08-15 by Lenovo BTC. and as per your tracking details it Arrived at DTDC Facility VAISHALI SUPER FRANCHISEE, VAISHALI (UP). on 7-08-15. My concern is that today it's 01-09-15 and still i haven't received it is this your service the brand name you are having DTDC.
