DTDC Reference number - V23612107. I can not believe that DTDC is such a crooked and cheater company. They have out rightly stole our goods and denied delivery with a false alibi. How a courier company do like this. They open our package and stole the goods. My Father-in-law has sent me with lots of sentimental value and paid extra to deliver it faster. Package arrived at Bangalore from Lucknow and got held up here without delivery. We have to sue this company for stealing our goods and tormenting us at sentimental level. It has caused mental stress.

Every day DTDC is giving different different story but nothing is being done so far.
This is a crime in a broad day light - It looks like there is no law and order and anyone can do anything.
I will not let this happen and will take it to every possible avenue for resolution and punishment to DTDC.

I have lots of hope with this forum and this is the time to show the strength of Consumer forum. I am also going to write to CEO of DTDC.
Please update what is going on from your end.
