Dtdc Courier — Goods not delivered and rude staff

My tracking no. x14908138 dispatched on 19 august a rakhi for my brother was not delivered till 28th August 2015 and again and again I called the customer care lady named Mary sitting at chennai (nungambakkam) dtdc customer care for help she was very rude and unhelpful and the courier was not delivered to me either and she started shouting on the phone when I called to enquire.
