Dear Sir, This is really getting pathetic service from DTDC, it's been almost 15 days and no response from any one. As a final hope I am mailing to you, Hope it would get resolved or please send me my documents, it contains my fathers medical bills of more than a lakh rupees. yesterday I been to their office in liberty and the madam there assured me that it would be sent today max by 1pm, but still the status is not known. for reference : below is the complete email thread Hope you would resolve the situation soon.
