I have done one courrier from Hospet to Kurukshetra on 31.07.14 howver I am not getting any status update till now on my consignment. I haven't got a sigle response from them inspite of Calling them several times. It was very urgent document for me. I want a strict action against this

Hi Team,

I am writing this with pain to complain about services at 'DTDC Courier'. i have done one XPRESS courier from DTDC Courier at Hospet Branch on 31.07.14 morning for Kurukshetra. The consignment had very important documents which i was in need on Saturday (02.08.14).

Owing to a service called Xpress so that it won't get delayed however on 02.08.14 when I tried to track my consignment there was no update on their website and also when I tried calling them nobody gave me information on that consignment. Hospet Office said it is in Delhi and when I called Delhi Office they said it is held in Bangalore where as when I called Bangalore office they were giving me different numbers. I called DTDC several times from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm of 02.08.14.

I don't have any status of my consignment yet.

Please see to this on urgent priority.i am attaching the bill for your reference. I request if it can be delivered to me by today 03.08.14 or I can pick it from somewhere as i there is no benefit of getting the document after sunday 03.08.14.
