I want to file Complaint against dtdc care executive. When i contact dtdc executive to know the status of my courier, instead of listening my query he started abusing me and denied to give any details and said wait krle aa jayega and started abusing again. Hi I have tried to intiate the courier to Vijayawada from hyderabad DTDC courier office located in Keerthi apartments, Sai Saradhi nagar, beside saradhi studio the lady executive who is operating the dtdc office misbehaved and shouted with abusive words about me and my family too for asking the 10 rupees change back as showed on receipt and also canceled my courier and took 70 Rs cancellation charges from me

still while going also the ladies mouth is murmuring with abusive words that asked for my change back
