[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Non Receipt of Parcel and Employee Misbehaviour on Same | |||
Sir, Mr. Manoj Bagheria from Laxmi Nagar booked a parcel for my office at Chandni Chowk vide docket no Z33402685. The parcel stands undelivered till date. I contacted the Jhandevalan office on 19.09.2014 and came to know that pin code was mentioned as 110016 instead of 110006. I got the pin code rectified and the person assured that it will be delivered maximum by 20.09.2014. On contacting one of your office on number[protected], the official misbehaved and said that "we do not have any parcel and I may hit the doors of consumer court." I want to ask that what kind of behaviour is this and is this behaviour of their employees will help them succeed in the long run. Please llok into the matter and arrange to deliver the parcel.
