Dear Sir/Madam I am V.Sridhar. i am your regular customer. My Credit Card no is xxxx xxxx xxxx 6004. i have paid all the dues . but till now my card is not activated. Please Activate my card. if its possible please arrange to send my new card for the following address: V.SRIDHAR S/O.N.VISWANATHAN NO.32, RAMNAGAR 1 St STREET AYYENCHERY ROAD, URAPAKKAM CHENNAI-603210. awaiting for reply.
