[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Not Delivered But status says DELIVERED

my consignment is marked as delivered buy is not delivered yet, worst courier service ever providing false updates to customers and causing them concern

The status is Delivered but the receiver has not received it at all. There’s also a receiver name mentioned
How could this be possible!
This is not acceptable

What a pathetic service you people provide. My package is been stuck for past 3 weeks at one place and today it showing its been delivered. do you even check the address of the consignment. i have bee following up with your team none respond. please improve your services otherwise people will start loosing trust on you.

My two wheelers original RC, insurance and two wheeler key was couriered via DTDC courier on Thursday (3/12/2020) from Allappey (kerala).
And it was confirmed by DTDC that it Will be delivered at destination address at hosur on Saturday (5/12/2020). For faster delivery I opted for DTDC green service type. The Doc no. is V60753371.

But now it's Monday (7/12/2020), I didn't received my courier yet. I need it urgently since I need to collect my two wheeler which was sent via train from kerala to Bangalore railway station. I need to show these docs to collect it from station. Everyday 250rs fine is being imposed on me because of the delay in courier service.

Also, now I got a wrong message like " V60753371 is delivered on 7/12/2020. Share feedback /tinyurl.com/y4529wkg DTDC won't ask for any payment OTP"
which is mis guiding.

This is very unprofessional way of providing the service . Please intervene and do the needful for getting me the courier.

Icsi have sent a package of study material from dtdc ... from many days it was undelivered... but today there are showing it as delivered!! but i have not received it...i have not got any call from dtdc.

My shipment has not been delivered but shows as delivered to Madiwala branch Bangalore on 23 rd December, we have visited branch 3 to 4 times but people there are giving careless answers its expensive clothing which had been booked, this is second time this is happening. You ll lose trust with your customers if you give like this pathetic service to Customers, if you do not deliver our products we will go to consumer court & file complaint against your company.
The tracking numbers of the 2 trackings are D85472197 & M97413440.
D85472197 shows as successfully delivered to madiwala branch & M97413440 shows as successfully delivered to tumkur sorting office on august 2020 but both the parcels have not been recieved by the customer, hope you do the needful asap or I will be compelled to go to consumer court.

And I did not receive any relevant answers from Shree Maruti Courier's Customer Executive & Executive of Noida Hub.

And It is 2/04/2021, Status is Delivered, But not delivered actually.

Hi, I have not received my parcel by the order summary is showing it is delivered, "shipment No Z68189020, by DTDC is delivered on 06-10-21, RECEIVED BY signj " this is what the message is saying and I haven't received any parcel please resolve my issue

My consignment with DTDC Bangalore ( same city delivery)shows delivered in the portal . But it’s still not delivered. It’s been more than 3weeks I have been following up . No one is responding, be it the customer service or the branch offices . Pathetic service . Here are the tracking details F30188329.
Please help to sort this issue . Either give back my parcel or atleast share the DRS that it’s delivered do . Don’t make customers run behind you for not delivering the parcel.
