[Resolved] DTDC — Courier not delivered (Consignment noz[protected] | |||||
My friend has booked the DTDC courier having consignment no. (Z[protected]from DTDC office, Rehari Jammu, J&K on 19th Jan 2016 to Plot 128, Sai Raj Residency, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084. Yet the parcel has not been delivered. I called to Jammu DTDC office( sham lal contact no. [protected]) many times . But he always gave me some excuses. The parcel had so many precious things cost around Rs 10000. Even though I sent too many mails to DTDC customer support but they didn't gave me response. Please do something about this matter. Mar 17, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Still parcel has not been delivered. What would I do yo track this. I already sent an email to Chandigarh dtdc office and they said u will be claimed your amount from where you ordered the parcel. The person from Jammu is very rude and not giving me any reply. Please do something. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
