DTDC — Courier not delivered to right recepient

Dear Sir, I had sent a parcel (Dry Fruits and Chocolates) through DTDC, WHITE FIELD BRANCH, BANGALORE. Cn No B13060122. Online Tracking shows the parcel is delivered but it has not been delivered to the address I had sent. There isno detail of the receiver or contact number given there. The whitefield agent is not taking any responsibility. Please help me resolve this immediately. Thanks Upama [protected]
