Dtdc Courier — Not getting delivered on time

I have sended my original papers of Royal Enfield bike along with bike key from Aurangabad(Bihar) to Bangalore (karnataka) by DTDC Plus service on 29th aug 2015. they were supposed to deliver on 31st aug 2015 morning. But i am unable to even track the status. This is the third time back to back i am getting this third class service by this courier company. Please do something with this third class service given to customers.

My boss sent one courier on 27th aug 2015 from mumbai to bangalore and reached bangalore on 29 aug 2015 to chamarajpet branch and still they dont even bother to call me every day i used to call them they dont speak friendly and they used to say that courier went for delivery but i am waiting from seven days only god knows where it is... Dtdc Address: no.269 Lahari 1st floor, 1st main, victory road, chamarajpet.
