DTDC — courier not received, delay in service | |||
An assignment after reaching kanpur was supposed to be sent to its destination, since it was an urgent assignment so we tracked by internet and then called the local office where they said that it won't reach today, where they promised that it will reach on time (as whole motive of sending the assignment would fail if it doesn't reach on time). We told them complete issue regarding the urgency of the assignment and that it won't be possible for the person to come and collect the assignment but all in vain. This whole thing happened only because there office was closed on that day for no reason. People sitting on phone(at kanpur) even lack manners and are rude. They can very easily freak you out and irritate you, since they tend to not use their brains while talking.They were very casual in attitude and unprofessional. When the person reached their office after travelling for two hours in rain, they now said that they do not have the assignment and all tracking records etc were wrong/fake very casually.Document in the envelope was worth Rs.3000.
