My name is S. Biswas. I have sent a courier to my parents through DTDC from Nazira, Assam to Mahagama, Jharkhad.
I want to submit a complain regarding my courier which my parents have not received but when i tracked it on DTDC site it shows that courier has been delivered and received by signature. This is a surely a fraudulent. Please help. My tracking number is K84198614.
