Dtdc Courier — not yet delivered

Hi I booked an urgent courier from Kolkata to Bangalore on 18/08/14 through DTDC ( doc no K[protected]. They suppose to deliver it by 48 working hrs ( as per their booking point) but till today it has not delivered . The most shocking thing is that as per their online tracking system it is showing out for delivery from last 20/08/14. As the envelope contains a costly B'day card for my little niece hence it really matters for me .I called several time their customer care but it really matters for them because as-per their terms & condition their liability is only for Rs 100/-
