[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Package not delivered

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

My consignment number is Z41634861, and my package is not delivered at Mandavi Pearl City, Manipal UDUPI. From last three days, it is showing the same status. Receiver's address is 6 km away from UDUPI SORTING OFFICE, and 3 days have been passed since it arrived at UDUPI SORTING OFFICE. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I have spent around 60 rupees of my mobile balance on DTDC customer care. You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i chose DTDC.

Complaint is resolved, package was taken by receiver from the DTDC Office. Please hire some more customer care executive as we have to wait for 10-15 mins on the phone before talking to customer care executive.

I sent a package of time-sensitive documents thru DTDC courier services from Chennai to New Delhi on May 4 2015
The consignment number is C60266414
As of today (May 9) the package is showing IN TRANSIT
The chennai west mambalam franchise that sent the courier has no clue as to why the delay is and where the parcel is and is not taking ownership of the issue

I had couriered PAN card related documents through DTDC Brookefield Branch in Bangalore to NSDL Pune office on 7th May.However till date it is not confirmed if the documents have been delivered.DTDC claims that they were delivered on 9th May itself but NSDL Pune office says they ha e not received any courier.I am completely disappointed with DTDC service.

dtdc service is very bad in aurangabad management waluj midc. my parcel received at waluj branch on 01/10/2018 but not deliver tail date.

My consignment number is V51019599, and my package is not delivered at VYARA 394650, . Booking date 21.12.2019 it is showing the status in . 7 days have been passed since at guwathi hub. I called customer care but they are not telling me why my package is not delivered and they give some other number, which are not attended even after hours of call. I You can feel my frustration, as this was my first experience with DTDC. I am regretting, why i chose DTDC.

### DTDC, i have send a box with 30 items but when i received 6 items are missing, my consignment number is D49572890 . and the product has been delivered on 4th April.

Mr Subhasish Chakraborty what the ridiculous service you are providing, i want you to investigate on this and need a qualified answer.

I have booked a urgent documents with Doclet No -K19309912 fro Guwahati, but on 29th I received the status (CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED), please delivered the doc tomorrow by anyhow. Attached the screen shot for your reference.
