Dtdc Courier — package Recieved damaged

I received the my parcel bearing parcel serial no. 2695795, AWB no: B21451736. It was booked from bangalore to delhi. Cust. ID : BF084, weight: 1.105kg. It was booked on 5 may 2015 at 19:35:38 hrs. The item was booked and it was assured that it will get delivered on 6th may 2015 positively as the pakage will be in the same zonal office i.e, south west delhi, which is near the destination where the pakage is to be delivered. But instead I received the pakage on 7 may 2015 at around 2:10 pm and contents of the pakage were totally damaged. The delivery person didn't stop for a second after the delivery of the goods even when called. I have even attached the pictures taken soon after opening the package. At the time of booking the booking office charged extra money i.e, Rs 100 in addition to Rs 245, (after checking the contents of the pakage) and asked for secure packaging of the product but on the name of secure pakaging nothing was done but instead a dtdc plastic bag was used to cover it. There was no bubble wrapping, etc. I raised a complaint over phone at the destination dtdc head office in naraina, delhi. The complaint no. 309462. I was assured that I will get the feedback as soon as possible. But then I received a sms from dtdc on my number [protected] that the complaint has been closed as null as the contents are delivered. Kindly see the matter and refund me my money. I myself being a lawyer know the liabilities dtdc have towards its customers. Kindly refund the money i.e Rs. 300 the value of the product and Rs. 345 the courier charges ... in total 300+345 = 645 rupees. As soon as possible. Once you provide me the information regarding the same I will put the application for claims in the booking office for refund of the money. Please take action or else necessary legal help will be sought for from my side for the inconvenience caused and damage of the pakage and the mental harrasment I faced by first calling customer care many a times and with no solution from the side of dtdc.

It has been 10 days now from the date i posted my complaints. i do have photographic evidence for the same. Why my complaint has not been resolved till now. Nobody from dtdc has contacted me. No replies have been made from dtdc regarding the various mails that i sent. kindly intimate the continuing ignorance on the part of dtdc.
These are the photographic evidences of the damaged product received. The size of the photographs have been reduced so as to post them here by me. I have kept the originals with me and also the damaged package is with me. kindly take some action against dtdc.

Lesson learnt not to use the services again.
i have tried to raise the complaint again here but it shows my ip address is banned. i am clueless how to go about it.
