Hi, i have purchaged new V guard starblizier by online shopping amozon.com, seller send a parcel by DTDC courier with track ID, but DTDC courier member not delivered product, update the status delivered, kindly resolve these issue . My parcel with tracking no.M17528179 is yet to reach me in Dimapur. The tracking details show that the parcel reached Guwahati on 01 May 2015. Today is 06 May 2015 and I have not received it. I have tried several time to phone Guwahati and Dimapur DTDC Office but no one answers. How long does it take for a parcel to be delivered to Dimapur from Guwahati. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. DTDC CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

This is the worst courier service i have ever used.
I have couried the parcel By flight mode(on urgent basis) to Pune(MH) and parcel is still not delivered.
You people are charging very high for urgent delivery but transiting parcel by normal mode because for urgent delivery tracking no starts from 'v' .
I have tried to call customer service they are not providing me proper information.This parcel is very urgent.If you people are not able to deliver then why are running this service. MY consignment number is M19237361.
Can you please provide me proper information by when my courier will be delivered.otherwise refund my money and also my parcel.
