Dtdc Courier — poor service and unsatisfied response.

I had sent a parcel from amritsar to navi mumbai (panvel) on 6th 2015, having docket no Z40822415, but it burnt with fire.after my enquiry, received a parcel burnt pic from css.[protected]@dtdc.com. Now i have genuine claim but not ready to pay me this claim of Rs 750/-. I also give written claim letter to dtdc amritsar court road branch. Also email to css.[protected]@dtdc.com, ashbani.[protected]@dtdc.com and bm.[protected]@dtdc.com. When I visit the Amritsar court road branch. The madam ( who is in court branch) see me and went inside the office and.ask.other employees that told.me that madam is not here. Plz visit sometimes again. Now i tell to all person never deal.with dtdc because no body is responsible for your product. If my problem not solved I filed a case in consumer court. thanks Bir inder singh [protected] [protected]
