[Resolved] Dtdc Courier — Poor service/undelivered consignment/misplaced consignment | |||
I would like to know the consignment status of my courier that I sent using your services on 31st May 2014. As per the executive Mr. Bisham, Phone number: [protected], from DDA flats Madangir New Delhi 110062 office, my courier was supposed to be delivered to the address on 4th June 2014. But so far it was not delivered and even Mr Bisham was unable to explain the reason regarding the delay and did not respond properly over the phone. The courier was on urgent basis and I am really disappointed by the poor services offered and even Mr Bisham lied about the status saying that the courier reached the destination but due to the house was locked they were unable to deliver the courier but as a matter of fact the consignee was waiting for the courier the whole day as promised by Mr Bisham. We also contacted the destination branch with phone number [protected] given by Mr Bisham yesterday and they told us that the courier did not yet reach the destination state. I am really disappointed and I am not in a mood to wait for any other single minute. I would considered that DTDC has lost my valuable courier and I would like to be reimburse the whole courier value amount and the courier fee.
