This is just not done, very disappointed. With your service. I parceled a photo frame to bareilly, and it was broken. I bought bubble wraps and thermocols and gave it to the person in your dtdc office, kalkaji. They dint even used bubble wraps. For you its just a thing to deliver for customers they mean so much they believe in you, that you will carry and transfer their best things to their loved ones distant apart, this is so foolish...highly disappointed. Will never recommend anyone. The reciever got it broken, that photo frame. I want some reimbursement. I can take it to consumer court as well. Was this information helpful? | |||||
