DTDC — Courier sent a month ago not delivered or returned

I have sent two couriers with CN No H64463796 and H64463797 on[protected]. They were neither delivered nor returned till DATE[protected].

Upon of serveral enquiries they responded saying that "Concerned staff are on leave" "no service is available to return the package etc"

I request for return of courier and reasonable penalty for the inconvinience caused.

I had sent an item by DTDC(tracking no Z[protected]. The item is at Alleppey branch from 16/06/2015. They haven't delivered the item yet. I don't know what they are doing with that.
