DTDC — Courier Services - Item not delivered, Not able to lodge Complaint

Hello, I am from bangalore, had ordered an item from a seller in Delhi (online) who had in turn sent it with DTDC courier services, the delivery service is so crap that i tried calling the customer no one picks the call, i even tried calling the Bangalore DTDC office but no one picks up! The delivery date was Thu, Dec, 19, 2013 10:00 AM but till now i don't have any information about this consignment. I tried lodging a complaint but there is no complaint number. I am failing to understand how does this company even alive. Please Help !!
