DTDC — Delay in delivery for CN B16939135. False promises

As per the online status, my consignment B16939135 is reached Ranchi office yesterday at 9:45 AM on 20th march. But still it is not delivered to my location in Harmu. It is posted from Bangalore on 18th on Wednesday. This is totally . I was assured that it will be delivered on Saturday afternoon i.e. today. I need to take some serious action against this as it was utmost important to deliver the item today. I don't know what went wrong but it will make us suffer too much due to your insincere behavior. Please provide me the reason of this delay and the time upto which you will deliver the consignment.
