[Resolved]  DTDC — Delay in Dispatching Courier

Hi, My Name is Ankit Jain, I have Used DTDC courier in order to dispatch very important document's xerox and Parichey sammelan form Bangalore to Bhopal. As per courier status, it is dispatched from Bangalore on 26-Nov-2014 and arrived at MP Nagar Zone 1 Bhopal office on 29-Nov-2014 10:40 Am. But they did not deliver it at given address till 02-Dec-2014, then one of my friend went to that office and picked the courier, same time I talked with office representative who handover the Courier to my friend. He talked very rudely and have not given any proper reason for delay in dispatching. Due to all this, I have to pay extra Rs-1000 as penalty. Can anyone from DTDC reply me why this happen?
