DTDC — delay in dlelivery

Dear sir, I send an air parcel to hashimara( west bengal) on 16th march 2015 .I was told it will reach on friday 19th. On 23 d I went to the office at trivandrum near manorema office, they promised it will be delivered today (24th) and you tracking result shows some funny results. Pls let me know the up dates.
