DTDC — Delaying in delivering shipment and not answering yet about the shipment

Hello Team, I sent a shipment from Rajasthan to Belgium and its already 17 days, shipment not delivered yet to my client. And even not received and solution reply from DTDC customer services. Shipment details are mentioned below:- DTDC Tracking Number :- N95846475 What to do ? I want my shipment delivery and not receiving any reply . Kindly co-operate . Thank you Yogesh Parashar
