hi, i have send parcel though DTDC from Panvel to Pune on 16/08 but still we have not recd that parcel also we try lots of time to your offices no. but no body can reply to us also your pune branch office no. is not updated & this is second time happen from your side my another parcel is from panvel to sanand gujrat also not recd from last one month what is your service its really not good service from you & your person
