DTDC — Delivery to wrong Office | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I Had faith on DTDC but after seeing this incident really i don't want to send anything through your courier. My Doc no is-B21787398, from last four days I'm waiting to receive my courier but till now I dint receive, whenever I'm calling your person is saying it's already dispatched and they have sign also receiver name and time. After seeing this yesterday evening have gone to your Shanti Nagar, Bangalore branch office and they are saying sorry dispatched to other person. Today morning I'm calling him and that office guy[protected] is saying he doesn't care about my courier and he has given one more no-[protected](Arvind). I just want to know what the hell is going on...I will be getting my courier or not, its really ridiculous service happened in my entire life...hopeless service...want solution immediately.
