DTDC — DTDC - not received item

Dear Sir/Madam, I have send one item from hyderabad to Nandigam, dated:17/11/2014, Traking H37397296, but i was talk to Vijayawada Branch office, some body told me these item going in Mis Route, but still i dont have received in any information, that's what i raised complaint, pla ask and send back to me immedetly, but no body taking responcible in this item, this is to bad, this is waste service, my mail id [protected]@gmail.com, P.No:[protected], pls send me the ststus in, most urgent
