[Resolved]  DTDC — DTDC parcel not delivered and returned but i am not getting my parcel back.

Address:Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh

I had book one parcel from moradabad to deheradun on 7th Aug.Tracking number is Z31359407.After 20 days they informed to me that my parcel is not delivered and return back.Now they are not giving my parcel to back to me. I made lot of complaints to dtdc but no one tell where is the parcel and even they are not replying. Could you please help me.
