A Courier was sent via DTDC Plus service on 15th of April for which they charged me 4 times than the normal courier in which they promised that it will be delivered on 16th of April before 12 PM.AWB NO is V21662251, it is not yet delivered and its the end of 3rd business day. It was something very very very important thats why I spent Rs 180 on a simple courier, and its a huge loss for me. Every day I have loss of money due to this delay, and the mental harassment I am having is a different.Kindly provide the solution for that, with the reimbursement of the amount of courier as well as the compensation for my monetary losses and mental harassment.I dont want to go to Consumer Court, but If I will get the solution directly, I will have to do so as well.
