DTDC — DTDC Shipment did not delivered -- Tracking # H45723362

I gave DTDC consignment for delivery Maktal, MahaboobNagar near Hyderabad upon confirmation and verification with agent that they can deliver to Maktal. But the reality comes out it did not deliver to destination and top of it has returned to wrong origin that does not make sense to anybody.
