DTDC — Dtdc staff thieves

I had ordered a wrist splint from amazon and my cell phone number was wrong...my mistake!! but DTDC is supposed to home deliver, right?!! anyway my concern here is when I did go to your office in DARJEELING to inquire about it, they said it was returned as they were not able to contact me..i asked them for the tracking number and they gave me this B24143876..now this is the tracking number that was given when I had placed the order...and the seller says the item was delivered...IT IS delivered when I track it BUT it was not received by me..i do not have it!! I am thinking your staffs are not sincere because I cannot think of no other reason other than that they kept the item for themself...and especially when I have paid for it makes it all the more easy.
