I sent a document via courier from Pune to IDP education india, Gurgaon (tracking number P26105056 dated 15/01/2014)
I was given a tracking number and receipt but that does not get tracked on the website.
It says
AWB/REF NO...P26105056 could not found. Please contact Customer care (local code[protected]
This is quite frustrating. i selected DTDC because i trusted their services. Customer care directed me to Pimpri office where no one answers me about the status of my courier.
The agents in my area in Pune are providing wrong information to the customers. They are assuring that online tracking can be done while i was just told on phone that the online tracking is completely nonoperational right now.
I specifically mentioned that i want to send courier only if the online tracking can be done and i was assured that it can. However now the agents are telling me that it is not functioning. Was this information helpful? |
