[Resolved]  DTDC — Express delivery of my courier not reached yet

Hi, I was supposed to receive a courier by Friday evening. It was an express delivery for which we had paid extra bucks and I am still waiting. Its extremely disappointing that your customer support doesn't work whether it is - - online tracking of shipment - SMS tracking - it says it has no information of the shipment - customer support- I literally waited for 15 mins before I dropped the call - email tracking I have tried everything! I am leaving the city day after tomorrow and there is no information where my shipment is, whether I will receive or not. One of my friends also received his courier on the 4 th day which was also an express delivery. Why would we go for this option then and pay extra bucks. Please help !!
