DTDC — horrible customer service at DTDC Perungudi courier service

I was supposed to received a courier 3 days before on 19-Apr-2015 and everytime I call the Perungudi DTDC branch, they talk to me so rudely and ask me for the consignment number. How am I supposed to know the consignment number if I am the receiver, and the courier is sent from some random organisation to me. I am telling my name and phone number and every other detail but their response is horrible to it rather than even giving the slightest consideration to what I am trying to explain them.
