DTDC — Item Send was missing, happened 2nd time

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Hello, I send a parcel containing chocolates from Hyd to New Delhi, But the chocolates I send are missing from the parcel and this happened 2nd time. I already contacted the DTDC Malaviya Nagar New Delhi but the didn't respond positively. The packet I send from Hyd was weighing 730 gms but when delivered to Addressee it weigh only 540gms.
