DTDC — Laptop damaged in courier | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that i have used a DTDC courier service to courier my laptop from Hyderabad to Ranchi. But when i have received the Laptop delivery at Ranchi, I found it damaged. So i have complained the agent regarding the same. And its been almost 3 weeks and i didn't get any response from him. I have paid the Insurance amount to the courier too. I couldn't connect to head office also. Kindly let me know whom to contact and resolve this issue as early. Its very bad to see this kind of service from such a big brand name like Dtdc. Its been 3 weeks and I still didn't get any response from the Customer Service department.If its not been resolved, I will make this issue viral in social networking sites. Consignment no: D18293510 Since i have paid the Insurance amount to the courier, It is your responsibility to refund the damage charges. I need this issue to be resolved on high priority.
