DTDC one office confirmed the consignment but one of the person sitting in Delhi Gurgaon denied about the same where
status was also there that consignment at pathankot.

Pathankot No [protected] Diljot confirmed that consignment is with them and I am having recording of those call as well but one person sitting who was claiming that he is the Manager of person sitting there at CS desk named Mr Prakash contact No[protected] has did misbehaviour with me and abused me while I forcefully asked for status for detail and told that status on web is something else than also he denied and uphrently told that packet is not with DTDC where it was there with DTDC only and not delivered even after 20 days from dispatch.
When I have quoted that I will escalate to Mr. Subhasish Chakraborty than he told me that you can go to anyone and
abused me post hich he disconnect the call as well.
