[Resolved] DTDC — Lost package amount not reimbursed on time and delayed feedback from DTDC

I had sent a parcel from Pune to Andhra and somebody stole my parceled mobile phone(it didn't reach destination) and i immediately raised concern and complained and submitted all docs by May 2nd-3rd week. I suppose to be reimbursed the declared amount from DTDC with 2 months of complaint login and its more than 3 months now but no action ! Is this your level of service DTDC provides ! 1st you lost my product and i followed up with them, not they. 2nd they gave delayed feedback and every time i followed up, not they. Now also with mail, they are not following up, i am doing that. They show no responsibility and quality service. This is never expect from this company who declares him self as a world class service provider. I am attaching the original receipt of DTDC and have submitted all docs to them (incluses mobile invoice) This level of pain, i need my parceled MOBILE PHONE BACK.

I also couriered a mobile atix hd with dtdc tracking no. Z30209548 from sec 31 gurgaon 122001 to kolkata On 26 aug 14. When it was reCeived it was a nokia 206 + lg battery. when i asked on my branch i got no reply. when i talked to head govind, he was shouting at me. I clearly understood he was culprit. i also see tracking only showing delivered. Not showing booking and dispatch. When i Asked dtdc they update it showing item was book on 26aug dispatch on 27 aug. Thats when i Understood he, govind, head of dtdc sec 31 gurgaon had exchanged the white atrix hd with nokia dual sim 206 then dispatch on 27 instead of 26aug 14. Now i have lodged FIR hope to catch him get 3x money or mobile back.

Seriously Akshay...sorry to hear about your experience, they are thief over there and looting on name of world class service. Thief thinks that there are many parcel and one miss and they won't be catched and with this much follow up people get fed up. And they are taking advantage of the same. They are looting us and unnecessary doing Insurance as extra amount to loot. Security is basic of your service and you are not doing that.

I sent a parcel from Noida(UP) to Pune and I was a bit concerned about the items in the parcel but I was assured that the items would be delivered properly and undamaged but now the parcel is received 2 of the items are found broken. It is a huge loss for me. It was supposed to be the birthday gift but now the gifts are broken and completely damaged. I need to know about the reimbursement procedure.

Hi Kavita, sorry to hear that...the agency are really doesn't bother ... just check if during bill do you have insurance paid or else you can bring this to notice of local DTDC head and from where you sent that.

Courier not delivered- 2 months passed

Consignment Number- Z42328635, Date- 12 Dec.2014 - Noida to Thane. This is not delivered till today. I have called and mail many times to DTDC but no response from their side. plzzz help.

We have book consignment no. M93997739 for adress: Sova Ispat Ltd. Mejhia Bankhura WB on dated 9/10/13 then today 19/10/13 we search for that so mesbehave with us. And we are confused for delivery. So help Us...

Delay in parcel delivery

Hi,

I have scheduled a parcel to be delivered on 10th June. But status is still showing as parcel is at branch office where I have booked for delivery.

If delivery is not possible on time pls return my parcel

Im reading very bad reviews about dtdc service.im afraid if I would miss my parcel without delivered.
