DTDC — Misbehavior by courier service

Dear Sir / Madam, This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by DTDC. The consignment no. is M16817116. From the tracking, I could understand that the parcel was "Out for Delivery" on Mar 25, 10:38 am. However, I did not receive the parcel even after 36 hours. The customer care told me that the package was in Malleshwaram, Bangalore. When I called the Malleshwaram branch, they started arguing that the door was locked, though I was out of office both the days and spent the days in my apartment. When I called their blatant lies, they started misbehaving and hung up the phone. Till now, the package has not been delivered. Please consider adequate steps.
