DTDC — Misplaced Certificate

The certificate dispatched by PPDC Agra, MSME was literally thrown at a different location. The delivery person didn't even bother to verify my address. The certificate was very important for me and after very hardship I was able to locate my certificate. I thought that this was a very premier & prompt courier service with extraordinary charges.
