DTDC — my document back without any conetct

hi my name harminder singh and my officer send me the document form chandigarh from your service track no Z58268712 on date 03/05/2015 then am wait my document after that am chek the track show attempt, but compny not any contect or call me and after this iam call to moga office they not satsified me and they talk very rudly my call on hold for 12 mintue, after that the girl say to me today we give u the document, after this she say we not contect any person for thare parcel, and plz call me after some time etc, etc then i say am chek the show is attempt then she busy the phone, this is very bad service for dtdc, am request plz take the action against the your worker its bad for your compny, harminder singh /mohinder singh, [protected]
