DTDC — Neither delivered to destination nor returned back to me.

I have booked a consignment on 3rd March 15 having docket number P31335008 for delhi. After waiting for a long time I checked the status and I found that it was returned back to Pune on 14th March stating that person not available. Though it was undeliverable at the destination but it should be returned back to me as it is having some confidential document and can be misused. After n number of phone calls I am unable to track my document. Even I have visited the DTDC shop and they told me that you will be intimated and will call you back. I have already in loss for not getting the document delivered and don't want any further delay related to this. Please help me with this or let me know where should I go for further action.
