[Resolved]  DTDC — No delivery, no response

Dtdc has annoyed the hell out of me. I was supposed to recieve a package at pune from kota via express delivery. It was urgent, and 48 hours after i was supposed to get it, i still haven't received it. And that's not the worst part!!! There is no response from customer care. I have called at least 2 dozen times. They put me on hold, and it cost me like 50 bucks. But no response. Online tracking shows kota for like 4 days now. This is the most worst service i've ever seen. Dtdc should be ashamed.
On top of that, even the kota dtdc office does not pick, nor responds to any messages. It's like i'm in the dark. Or they lost the package.
I expect that you do something regarding this. This is outrageous.
