[Resolved]  DTDC — No proper delivery of my important document

Sir, I have sent a very important and most urgent document from Bhupati nagar, Midnapore, West bengal to Dhanwapur, Gurgaon on 04/07/2014 through your well reputed DTDC courier & Cargo Ltd, Bhupati nagar, Midnapore(wb) office. The CN no. of the document was K72119874 dt 04/07/2014. The document is still not received by the receipients. I have informed about the matter to the attendant of Bhupati Nagar DTDC office. But they have not taken any necessary measures to resolve the problem. As the matter is very urgent and time bound, I request you to look into the matter seriously and resolve it timely.
